Named after 18th century Italian culinary author Pellegrino Artusi, who wrote the legendary cookbook La scienza in cucina e l'arte di mangiare bene (The Science of Cooking and the Art of Eating Well), our very own version of Artusi stays true to exactly that. We celebrate the art of eating well, by using the best possible organic and seasonal ingredients, traditional Italian technique, and a lot of love.
